"It is good to realize that if love and peace can prevail on earth,
and if we can teach our children to honor nature's gifts,
the joys and beauties of the outdoors will be here forever."
- Jimmy Carter
Having just moved to Charleston a few weeks ago, I have not yet lost my sense of appreciation for all of the beautiful things that make Charleston what it is: one of the most stunning places on earth. The view from the Ravenel Bridge hasn't lost its awe; the herons and pelicans flying over the marshes haven't lost my interest, and the smell of the seaspray from the crashing ocean waves still makes me smile.
Before I settle in, fall into a routine, and lose touch with all of the beauty that surrounds me, I want to give myself every oportunity to be outside. Luckily, new outdoor fabric lines, such as Link Outdoor, have given me another reason to enjoy the great outdoors... beautiful fabric! Not only is the fabric easy on the eyes, it is also easy to maintain. It is mold resistant, fade resistant, and extremely durable. Check out a few of my favorites from their latest collections.
