When will I receive my order? All orders ship within 48 business hours via USPS or UPS. Once shipped you can track your purchase all the way to your home online with the tracking code that is emailed to you.
But, hey! I want a chair and there is no shipping option available online. Due to the nature of our unique furnishings, standard carton-shipping is often not the best option. Please call 843.388.3892 or email email@example.com and we will figure out the best and most efficient shipping method available.
I saw something on Instagram that I would like to buy but it is not listed online. Most items seen on any social media can be ordered via phone or email. Just comment, call, or email and we will ship it straight to you!
Where do you ship? We can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
Is sales tax charged on shipping and handling fees? Depending on where the order is being shipped, sales tax will be charged on the order subtotal, shipping, and/or handling at the applicable county rate. Tax rates within counties vary.
